This 2 pc set includes the original wire rack from the Turbo Cooker and the new mesh rack with small perforations so you can steam smaller foods. This rack is made of one entire sheet of mesh stainless steel, so the holes are very small allowing you to steam very small vegetables and grains as well as poach fish etc… Equipped with locking posts, the wire rack locks right on top of the mesh one so when removing both racks from the Turbo Cooker you remove both at the same time.
